52, of Lima, Ohio died on Saturday, March 23, 2013, at 1:52 A.M. at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.
She was born on August 10, 1960 in Lima, Ohio to Virginia (Golliday) Fay Gallenz who preceded her in death.
She was employed by Marimor Industries Workshop. She enjoyed fishing, camping and watching the Food Channel Cooking Shows.
Surviving are: two brothers, David (Kathy) Fay of Lima, OH and Stephen (Sherry) Fay of Columbus, OH; a sister, Susan (Terry) Luzak of Elgin, IL; four nephews and four nieces.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 26, 2013, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. followed by a parish wake service.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at St. Rose Catholic Church, Lima, Ohio with the Rev. David M. Ross officiating.
Interment will be in Walnut Hills, New Hampshire, OH.
