Wanda Lea Daniel,

71, died at 11:55 PM on Thursday, January 26, 2017, at St. Rita's Inpatient Hospice Unit in Lima.

Wanda was born on Saturday, July 28, 1945, in Rensselaer, Indiana, to the late Koney and Aline Wireman. On Monday, December 30, 1963, she married George Cornelius Daniel who survives in Lima.

Wanda was a member of the Cridersville Independent Baptist Church. She loved to bowl at Northland Lanes and was a member of their "700" Club.

She is survived by her children, Jack (Dawn) Daniel, Delinda Moore and Sean Daniel, all of Lima; a brother, Roy R. (Erika) Wireman of Lima; five sisters, Kay Wireman of Lima, Connie Wagner of Cincinnati, Della (Duane) St. Johns of St. Mary's, Sam (Mike) Rahrig of Spencerville and Verna Howell of Minster; five grandchildren, Brett, Amber, Lindsey, Emily and Kyle (Jordan) and two great-grandchildren, Zoe and Jadyn.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Charlene Hale.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 8 PM on Sunday, January 29, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 10:30 AM on Monday, January 30, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio. Pastor Jim Baker will officiate. Interment will be in McDonald-Fairview Cemetery.
