William L. "Bill" Bowden

70, died at 2:55 AM on Monday, April 12, 2021, at Lost Creek Care Center in Lima, Ohio.

William L.  was born on Tuesday, May 16, 1950, in Lima, Ohio, to Delmar R. and Elsie Marie [Crowe] Bowden, both deceased.

William attended Marimor. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, painting and art activities. He was an avid Ohio State Fan. He never met a stranger. The family appreciates all the care that the staff at Los Creek Care Center had given him.

He is survived by several cousins and many friends.

He was also preceded in death by his brother, Glenard D. Bowden; grandparents, Fay R. (Helen) Bowden and Nead (Lilly) Crowe and many aunts and uncles.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM on Friday, April 16, 2021 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 2:30 PM on Friday, April 16, 2021 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, OH.

Interment will be in Shawnee Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
