Yolonda Johnson

Yalonda E. Johnson, 34, died at 6:06 a.m. October 24, 2008, at St. Rita?s Medical Center, Lima, Ohio. She was born May 9, 1974, in Muhlenberg, Kentucky, to Darrell and Valena ?Vickie? Saulsberry Johnson Sr., who survive. Mrs. Johnson was a homemaker. She had been very involved with sports growing up. She also enjoyed working with computers. Survivors also include a daughter, Taylor Johnson, of Lima Ohio; a son, Don Jordan, of Lima, Ohio; two brothers, Darrell (Jennifer Phillips) Johnson Jr., of Lima, Ohio, and Eric (Iuola) Saulsberry, of Copperas Cove, Texas; her paternal grandmother, Clara Hollins of Paudauch, Kentucky; her paternal grandfather, Marion Otis Johnson, of Detroit, Michigan; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Otis T. and Mary Saulsberry. Services will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Elm Street Church of the Brethren. Pastors Sue and Wesley Richard will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
