Zy'on E'mond Bedford

Zy’on E’mond Bedford, 5 months, entered in heavenly rest on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at Toledo Children’s Hospital with all his loved ones around him.

He was born on August 28, 2021 in Lima to Robert and Erica {Wolber} Bedford. He is also survived by his sisters: Haylee, Makayla, Nyla, Tiona, Avi’onna, and Ameria, and brother: Dreyven, maternal grandmother: Belinda (Larry) Smith, paternal grandfather: Robert L. Bedford, great-grandparents: Jerry and Lois Wolber, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather: Eric Wolber, paternal grandmother: Mary {Blackmon} Bedford, and uncles RL Bedford and Michael Bedford.

Zy’on was a very happy baby and had a smile that truly lit up the room and made everyone’s day. He was nicknamed Peanut and was such a little hero.

His family will receive friends on Thursday, March 3, 2022 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, where a funeral service will follow at 3 p.m.
